Your responsibilities

  • Manage our HR team to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of all HR operations, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws

  • Coordinate HR processes in the area of onboarding, recruitment, employee development

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote collaboration and partnership in delivering corporate objectives

  • Promote company culture including core values of Lear, Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives, CSR activities

  • Monitor and report HR indicators

  • Keep effective communication with unions

  • Ensure the right succession planning and talent base

Our requirements

  • Successfully completed University degree

  • Several years of proven experience in an operational HR management role in the production company

  • Fluency in English and Polish

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Innovative and proactive personality

  • Engaging management style

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Good working knowledge of labor law

About the role

HR Manager is responsible for managing all HR topics based on Pruszków Plant and Technical Center needs (app. 1000 employees). The main role is to manage HR team due to recruitment needs, induction programs, corporate training programs, developing people in the plant and coaching all managers and leaders to support them in their core role.
