As a HRM, you will be part of the Leadership Team and in that capacity you will be responsible for setting the direction for the overall People & Organisation priorities.
Main areas of responsility:
- Assessing and evaluating the People & Organisation needs
- Preparing for growth by developing a fit-for-purpose organization with clear decision making structures
- Establishing and leading an ambitious plan for both investments in critical competencies and implementation of operational efficiencies
- Installing basic concepts and processes for leadership, talent and succession, feedback for performance and engagement.
- Further strengthen the reputation of the company to become an employer of choice for in-high-demand tech and data professional
- Developing the HR team and build the right competencies for today and tomorrow
We are looking for at least 5 years of experience in leading a HR in a customer centric business , ideally in the international company. Experience from the online marketplace industry is an advantage.

- You naturally create impact and results through data driven HR and you naturally set standards for reporting, analytics and surveys.
- You understand the importance of a value-driven organization and you will do everything to become one of the company's foremost ambassadors.
