Your responsibilities
- Act as a trusted Senior HR Business Partner maintaining Recruitment & Talent Management, Comp & Benefit Management, Performance Management, Succession & Talent Review, HR Policies and HR Development.
- Ensure professional HR support to line managers, consultants and professionals along the HR strategy and providing HR guidance and work alongside the senior leadership team.
- Build exceptional employee relation skills.
- Nurture a familial culture that values its team members and recognizes the importance of each person’s contributions regardless of role.
- Manage full cycle Freelance process.
- Support annual bonuses and sales commission calculations, review salary models and provide guidance on suggestions for improvement.
- Participate in and contribute to the continuous development of HR strategies, best practices, procedures and instruments.
- Lead the annual MBO process and ensure adherence to guidelines presented to coaches.
- Collaborate with Global HR team.
- Lead global annual survey.
- Create and nurture employee recognition programs.
- Organize team activities and events.
Our requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience in a senior role as HR Business Partner.
- Recruiting, proven expertise in hiring right talents (preferred in fintech, IT-consulting or financial services industries).
- Experience working in culturally rich and diverse organizations.
- Good knowledge of polish labor law, tax, and social insurance.
- Ability to communicate safely at all career levels & stakeholders.
- Very good English skills.
- MUST have proven ability to multitask time-sensitive issues with competing priorities.
- Ability to develop excellent working relationships while cultivating a positive and inclusive work atmosphere.
- Resourceful self-motivated self-starter who is not afraid to give feedback and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Higher education (human resource management, psychology, business administration or similar).
