Our client is an international software house with an entrepreneurial spirit and culture.

They are now ready to hire HR Manager in order to strengthen HR business partnering for leaders and develop and lead a strong people agenda.
This is a new role in the organization.

Main areas of responsility:

  • Assessing and evaluating the People & Organisation needs
  • Preparing for growth by developing a fit-for-purpose organization with clear decision making structures
  • Establishing and leading an ambitious plan for both investments in critical competencies and implementation of operational efficiencies
  • Installing basic concepts and processes for leadership, talent and succession, feedback for performance and engagement
  • Further strengthen the reputation of the company to become an employer of choice for in-high-demand tech and data professional
  • Developing the HR team and build the right competencies for today and tomorrow

Requirements:

We are looking for at least 5 years of experience in leading an HR, ideally in the international company. Experience from the IT sector is an advantage.

  • You will be flexible and solution-oriented and a good relationship builder
  • You naturally create impact and results through data driven HR and you naturally set standards for reporting, analytics and surveys
  • You understand the importance of a value-driven organization and you will do everything to become one of the company's foremost ambassadors
  • The client is going trough business transformation so experience with change management is necessary
