Your responsibilities

* Manage labor and compliance needs for Ukraine & Poland talent, including contracts (Employee of Record, B2B, Private Entrepreneur, Probationary), Regional Benefits Administration, Security and Compliance Requirements (eg. ISO27001 HR functions)

* Ensure Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Offboarding processes are monitored, iterated upon, and optimized to create impactful outcomes so all may benefit

* Embrace a Growth Mindset and administer thoughtful processes to drive a high performance culture (eg. ability to apply neutral fact finding skills to elicit impactful insight; interpret HRIS data & outcomes for all stakeholders; coach individuals toward self-awareness, wellness and ongoing improvement)

*Strong consultative communication with all stakeholders, including Executive Leadership, Coaches and Team Members to provide a great customer experience and drive talent development and team growth

*Represent technical, functional, and customer perspectives when making decisions: integrating particularly with IT, Sales & Marketing, internal & external clients, and the broader organization

*Coach & inspire a team of 3 outstanding individuals who represent People, Culture and Recruitment functions in the business

* Intercultural communication experience

Nice to have:

* Crisis Management experience

* HR experience across multiple countries, ideally Ukraine and Poland (bonus points for Australia, Philippines, USA)

* Experience with technical recruitment

* Experience in both start up environments and mature organizations

* Experience with Salesforce
