Our requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
- Proven success in motivating and retaining employees in IT sector
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Polish & English
