    • collect and transfer all employee related records (soft and hard copies)
    • updating HR databases when needed (e.g. new hires, terminations, vacation and sick leaves)
    • prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
    • process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
    • coordinate HR meetings and training seminars for employees and guests
    • liaise with their counterpart in Warsaw office. Respond to external vendor queries (i.e logistics, office related queries, courier, post) and address queries accordingly
    • prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
    • provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies


    • proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator
    • BA degree preferable
    • communicative English is a must (B2 minimum)
    • hand on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
    • PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
    • knowledge of labor legislation (basic to intermediate)
    • excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • teamwork skills; friendly and helpful attitude; optimistic and supportive
