Recruitment for

our Client, a fast-growing, global company from Digital Solutions industry, we are currently looking for an HR Operations Lead who will join a newly created team based in Gdańsk.

Your responsibilities

  • Team management and development

  • Lead, motivate, coach and organise team members to adhere to Company’s core values and deliver a high level of team member engagement

  • Participation in transition process and additional projects

  • Monitoring efficiency of resolving customer queries and tickets

  • Maximise customer (internal and external) satisfaction

  • Ensure monthly team and individual targets are met

  • Identify process efficiencies to increase speed, accuracy & value add of transactional processing

  • Solving escalation, the management of queries & resolution ensuring quality and quick response to customers and other Shared Services peers

  • Monthly statistical reporting submission and input into fiscal updates

  • Work with other Company Shared Service entities to ensure alignment of structure, process and procedure, sharing best practice across Company Shared Services and driving continuous improvement.

Employer requirements

  • First experience in people and project management gained in SSC environment

  • Fluency in English

  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools

  • Working knowledge of Oracle and Siebel

  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma is a plus

  • Excellent skills in building positive relations with team members and clients
