HR Operations Manager in SSC

(HR Administration / Recruitment Administration / HR Service Desk / Global Mobility)

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading teams in a chosen department (depending on experience and preference): 1. Employee Lifecycle Services, HR Service Desk & HR Administration / 2. Recruitment Administration Operations / 3. Global Mobility (in all departments up to 20 people with direct reports of Team Leaders and SME)
  • Providing analysis of process performance; developing and managing metrics to assess the performance of provided services relative to SLA
  • Supporting HR Service Senior Manager and line management of HR Operations teams
  • Applying best practices in the delivery of HR services for internal and external customers
  • Identifying, designing and implementing improvements in process and work organization
  • People management (staffing & selection, facilitating functional training, measuring individual and team performance, providing feedback, counseling & coaching, managing corrective action process, terminating employees, supporting HR on the annual salary planning process for the team)
  • Active supporting process transitions, Continuous Improvement and technology projects
  • Professional experience with HR Operations / HR Services in the international environment
  • Good practical knowledge of SSC/BPO operating models and HR processes, including at least one of areas such as Employee Lifecycle / Recruitment Operations / HR Service Desk / Global Mobility
  • Strong experience in people management (preferably with direct reports of Team Leaders)
  • Fluent knowledge of English (C1 level or higher)
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate in a global work environment
  • Knowledge of ERP & HR systems and technology tools supporting HR operations
  • Working in a modern and friendly international environment in a dynamic SSC structure (new processes, transitions, improvements, new technologies etc.)
