ABOUT THE JOB

In this position, your main responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Coach, support and develop first line HR managers 
  • Ensure world class end to end process delivery (including internal and external compliance) through leadership, stakeholder engagement and driving excellence throughout the HR service delivery model  
  • Align process and sub processes delivery to fulfill high quality services for the business and external stakeholders
  • Execute continuous improvement initiatives in the HR Ops organization in cooperation with relevant stakeholders
  • Provide and ensure best practices for operational HR functions with a relentless focus on employee experience and clients satisfaction
  • Create long-lasting business relationships with all parties within HR community in Swarovski Group

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:

  • At least 5 years of experience and proven track record of service delivery within a similar role
  • Experience in managing HR operations
  • Experience in process design management and process improvement (e.g. LEAN or Six Sigma)
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Service Now and HCM systems (including Workday) 
  • Strong supervisory, coaching and project management skills
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically driving a solution-oriented environment
  • Experience in working in virtual, networked international organization
  • Experience in leading teams and organizations in outsources /operations environment with multilingual teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage stakeholders on various hierarchy levels
  • Change management experience
  • Fluent spoken and written English
