Your responsibilities

  • Manage HR Operations by ensuring proper functioning of day-to-day controls, critical decision making, periodic monitoring activities and timely resolution of risk/critical issues

  • Support & lead the successful & seamless roll out / implementation of HR project initiatives

  • Deliver projects in collaboration / partnership with Performance & Rewards, Global People Services (GPS), Country HR function and Global Business Services (GBS) functions

  • Advise Center of Excellence functions on HR Operations and regulatory aspects to enable them to make appropriate decisions

  • Implement controls within the Business Unit to meet all regulatory requirements for Payroll and Benefits

  • Partner with vendors to ensure process efficiency and service excellence regarding Payroll and Benefits

  • Governance of all Payroll / Benefits related processes and approving exceptions for GBS

  • Review Risks and report as required and plan and implement mitigation of Risk

  • Partner with various HR functions in delivering policy and benefits implementation / changes

  • Insurance product management, administration and day to day implementation

Our requirements

  • Min. 3 - 5 years of professional experience in HR administration / Payroll or HR governance

  • Understanding of the polish HR regulatory requirements

  • Bachelor degree is a must

  • Fluent Polish and English required

  • German or French language will be preferred

  • Preferred previous experience at work in a very organized way, multi-tasking, prioritizing, managing data, and setting and achieving deadlines

  • Excellent accuracy and attention to details

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers

  • Flexibility and customer focused approach

  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

Specialist Delivery (SD) function is a team of experts managing HR operations, providing strategic and consultative specialists to Country HR and Centre of Expertise (COEs) within HR. The SD team provides technical and specialized specialists within HR operations and helps in implementing any newly developed HR products and services. The SD team owns the responsibility of implementing Group HR policies & procedures specific to HR operational activities, ensuring alignment with Local Regulatory requirements and oversee the administration and delivery of Staff Benefits over the Staff lifecycle with the bank i.e. from Hire to Retire process.
