Your responsibilities

  • preparing and owning people docs

  • entering data into the internal HR system

  • provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise

  • cooperating with partners in Poland and exUK countries

  • assisting in the development and implementation of human resource policies

  • partnering cross-functionally with stakeholders, pulling metrics as needed to help assist in the goals of various teams.

Our requirements

  • min. 1 year of administration / people operations / payroll / benefits experience

  • Good knowledge of Polish labor law

  • people- and data-orientation at the same time,

  • very good knowledge of English (written and spoken),

  • ability to work under time pressure,

  • independence and good organization of work,

  • high attention to detail,

  • end-to end thinking and high level of ownership,
