    HR Operations Specialist with French

    Your role

    Are you well organized? Do you have a sharp eye for detail? We are looking for someone like that who can help us:

    • resolve employees' concerns quickly and precisely while keeping them in the loop, from onboarding to workforce administration, to employee lifecycle and exit administration
    • make sure that our employees have a valid work permit, when needed
    • treat sensitive documents with professionalism and discretion, minimizing risk
    • maximize employee and line manager satisfaction by communicating effectively and adjusting to needs
    • track and maintain organized record logs in the ticket management tool with a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness
    • collaborate with HR colleagues by providing support for the HR Operations teams when needed and acting as interface with HR colleagues when specialized knowledge is required
    • stay in line with our internal rules

    Your team

    You’ll be working in the EMEA Small and Mid -size Countries team based in Krakow. Our role is to support line managers and employees across all business divisions and other human resources colleagues. We keep employees and line managers happy, solving problems for them by phone or through our ticketing system.

    Your experience and skills

    You have:

    • a high degree of client focus and a true service-oriented mindset
    • the ability to communicate clearly, accurately and succinctly, while adjusting to audience needs
    • strong judgment and decision making skills, careful when evaluating the risks of alternatives

    You are:

    • truly service oriented
    • a great communicator with French language skills at C1 level. In addition, Italian language will be an asset
    • well organized, with a sharp eye for detail
    • able to stay on track, even when no two days are the same (and you love that)
    • known for your can-do attitude when tackling everyday tasks
