Your responsibilities

  • Act as first level support to all line managers and employees for all administrative HR requests from entry to exit, including general labor law topics and information on processes and regulations, time recording, absences and fringe benefits

  • Independent, correct and timely processing of new hires, leavers and contractual changes, as well as preparation of contracts, confirmations and references

  • Independent maintenance of HR master data, including preparation of reports in SuccessFactors and SAP/HCM

  • Assume responsibility for HR special topics (e.g. work permits, employment law, digitalization, fringe benefits, organization of Welcome Day)

  • Advising employees and line managers on all HR-related matters

Our requirements

  • Higher professional education (e.g. HR professional certificate)

  • 3-5 years of work experience in a similar dynamic environment

  • Flair for administrative tasks, can think outside the box and likes to proactively participate in optimizations and take responsibility for their implementation

  • Accurate and on-time work style and strong service orientation with very good German and English skills

  • Very good user knowledge of MS Office programs, knowledge of SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors of advantage
