Recruitment for

Join our client company and work as a Team Lider in HR area. We are currenly looking for a candidate who would take part in transition process and will be responsible for organizing work after transition process when it comes to HR Operations procesess (CtR - Contract to Retire department).

Your responsibilities

  • having important role in transition process of HR processes

  • cooperation with transition manager

  • ensure an excellent performance of an CtR (contract to hire) Team according to defined targets

  • managing team (up to 10 employees)

  • ensure high processing quality in line with define targets and business expectations

  • be responsible for compliance with the defined service level agreements as well as the escalation and resolution of issues within the area of responsibility

  • support the expansion strategy in collaboration with the workstream leaders and local companies

  • actively collaborate and keep aligned with headquarters, CtR Governance, and local entities

  • driving forward the standardization, continuous improvement and digitization/automation of administrative HR processes (process excellence)

  • build Lean mindset within the Team

  • other activities defined by SSC Head / Head of Global HR CtR

Employer requirements

  • 2+ years of general professional experience in shared services

  • at least 1-2 years of leadership experience

  • HR operations knowledge (global administrative HR processes)

  • process design & improvement experience (practical Lean experience will be an advantage)

  • first experience in a global company and international project management in a matrix organization within a fast-paced environment

  • experience in taking part in transision process

  • reliable, able to consistently deliver

  • proactive

  • strong customer orientation and empathy

  • open minded for digitalization, process automation

  • planning abilities – capable of organizing his/her own work, fully independent

  • fluent in English (German is an advantage)

  • good knowledge of SAP, MS Office (esp. Excel & PowerPoint), Workday - is an advantage

  • strong collaboration and teamwork skills
