Your responsibilities

  • Personnel paperwork preparation (contracts and other legal personnel documents, scope of duties, obligatory certificates etc.) and submitting to outsourcer as well as identifying labour relations problem areas and recommending solutions e.g. contract characters, working time systems, termination approach

  • Supporting implementation of changes resulting from law HR administration perspective to support Bank’s growth and changes

  • Cooperation with an outsourcer and data quality assurance

  • Storage of approval documents regarding employment processes

  • Supporting line managers with legal advises and solutions regarding employment processes

  • Managing contracts preparation in cooperation with external service provider

  • Coordination of contracts validation dates and informing managers accordingly

  • Coordination of employees entry and interim medical examinations validity allowing on-going job services

  • Maintaining the annual leave database in cooperation with outsourcer

  • Frequently advising managers on annual leave rules, time management systems and legal consequences

  • Case Management

  • Monitor adequacy of personnel employment conditions changes based on the internal rules and regulations in cooperation with payroll and HR Generalist

  • Managing (incl. implementation of changes, new plans) benefits solutions for all staff including the registration, invoicing, staff declarations

  • Responsible for ensuring that group standards are met in the operations and administration areas

Our requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in Human Resources Management

  • Detailed knowledge of Labour Code and legislation influencing day-to-day HR Admin activities

  • Communicative knowledge of English

  • Independence at work and taking responsibility for the result
