Your responsibilities
Assist in supporting the design and deployment of Learning and Talent services and solutions, working in partnership with a range of stakeholders, including: business SMEs, HR, Learning Consultants external partners and other learning teams
Assist in supporting Regional Learning teams by interpreting analytics, business and economic trends to help in decision making and learning interventions
Assists in driving efficiencies through adopting innovative continuous improvement methodology and driving the Learning operating model
Work on key programmes with the following stakeholders; global Academy Heads, Solution Centres and regional learning teams in relation to all aspects of programme logistics, delivery, reporting and management information
Support Regional learning leads with MI production process, including collaboration with business users, offering right products/solutions and presentation of dashboard/Insights to senior management. Quality and timely deliverables is required
Inject MI products that transform customer, staff experiences and/or business decision processes; by leveraging advanced data and analytics capabilities
Assist in design and development of relevant analytic solutions / data products in alignment with Group Learning strategies to enhance operational effectiveness
Proactively work to ensure that learning solutions are focused on driving business impact
Works collaboratively with learning vendors to ensure that learning services (global and regional) are provided in a manner that is consistent with global strategy
Has an excellent understanding of Learning Operations/Processes (global design, delivery, administration)
Collating, Interpreting and analysing MI to inform and identify improvement
Assist with managing Degreed and content curation on 3rd party content suppliers
Positive and visible role model
Builds a network and develops relationships within learning and development and wider business lines/functions
Provides guidance to other team members
Our requirements
German Speaker
Needs to be a self starter, willing to take accountability and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
Working experience in MI Reporting, Project Management Business Consulting and Analytics desired
Broad understanding of the HSBC Group or similar complex organisation
Experienced in delivering effective solutions to changing business needs
Proactive and able to demonstrate initiative and an appetite for continuous improvement
Commercial and delivery focused
Strong project management skills, organizational, planning and implementation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis upon communication (verbal and written) and ability to work in a complex, globally-matrixed organisation
Calm under pressure.
Ability to re-prioritize in very short timescales
