Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate HR administration (preparation and archiving of personnel documentation in accordance with applicable regulations, preparation of employee certificates)

  • Prepare employment contracts, services agreements and other employment-related documents in cooperation with the Legal department, Accounting

  • Assist with payroll services (collecting data needed to calculate remuneration)

  • Onboarding new employees according to formal processes

  • Prepare internal, HR and payroll reports for the needs of the management board and financial department

  • Recording and reporting of working time, holidays, sick leaves, systems management

  • Manage medical examinations, health and safety training and benefits

  • Cooperate with medical insurance companies, assure the smooth work of medical insurance for each employee

  • Communicate and cooperate with external HR offices serving Admind employees based in Beijing, Kyiv

Our requirements

  • You have experience in the area of HR admin and payroll

  • You have knowledge of HR programs (knowing one of listed would be a benefit SAP, Workday, HR Bamboo, Freshteam, etc.)

  • You’re familiar with Polish Labor Law, tax regulations and social security issues

  • You have great organizational presentational skills

  • You are fluent in English and Polish (both written and spoken)

For a new business unit in Poland we are looking for HR Personnel and Payroll Specialist - a local resident

who will help us.

We start Polish business unit from a small, but international team: mostly Chinese and Ukrainian,

and of course looking for local newcomers to join us. So it is important that you have a great English and Polish

communication skills.

Chinese language will be a huge plus in order to have a great communication with our Head Office in Beijing.
