Your responsibilities
- Sparring partner for managers: advising, supporting and assisting our managers in operational, HR-related, labour law and strategic issues
- Making various HR analysis and reports and creating opportunities for continuous improvement
- Coordinating the work of the HR team in Poland
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, providing support and delivering a superior experience for all candidates progressing through the hiring process, including extending offers
- Support managers in performance management process and identify talents for promotion and conducting exit interviews
- People & Culture projects & initiatives - Participating in our leading internal projects & initiatives to maintain and drive the company’s culture & values
- Coordinate employment relations - Providing expertise and support to all areas of HR
Our requirements
- Master degree in HR, Psychology, Finance or equivalent by experience
- Three+ years of professional experience in HR department, ideally in an international company
- in-depth knowledge of Polish labour law and HR practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good command of the English language
- Good knowledge of Excel
