Currently, we are searching for a Candidate for our Financial Client - Global Investment Bank:

HR Preonboarding Specialist Numer ref.: HRPS/12.2021/HK/KRK

Your future responsibilities:

Preparing and maintaining the contracts and legally required New Hire documentation for candidates in Poland and the other European locations of the Firm
Providing superior client service for candidates, from the offer acceptance until their first day at work
Organizing and administering the New Hire data entries in the recruiting tool Workday
Providing timely correspondence to recruiters and hiring managers through our case management tool
Initiating background check process with 3rd party companies supporting background screenings
Cooperating with Payroll and 3rd party providers to capture all the new joiner’s data on the pay list

The Ideal Candidate should have:

Ability to successfully collaborate within the local and virtual teams
Demonstrated customer focus and strong action orientation in both the remote and onsite operations
Good communications skills both in Polish and English (min. B2)
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to details
Awareness of the Data Protection regulations and standards
Ability to manage time, priorities, and projects
