Your responsibilities

  • you'll learn how we check that potential employees have a clean background

  • you'll get to know more experienced HR specialists who will share their know-how with you

  • you'll learn how to use the HR system that we use to manage employee data and perform transactions

  • support HR processes connected to verifying the background of new employees

  • use your communication skills to respond to queries from internal clients

  • cooperate with colleagues in other teams and vendors to find solutions to HR-related issues

Our requirements

  • up to 6 months of experience in a similar role would be useful, but we're much more interested in how quickly you can learn new skills

  • good English – you need to be at least C1 (on the CEFR scale) because you'll be using English every day and supporting internal clients in different countries

  • attention to detail – you need to make sure that tasks are completed accurately

  • time management skills so that you can prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

  • a bachelor's or master's degree would be useful, but is not essential

  • spotless record and strong ethos
