Your responsibilities

  • Review of recruitment procedures, remuneration and motivation systems in the Contact Centers of 21 countries, ensuring their standardization and achieving a high standard;

  • Design and implementation of employment and development policy for employees in the Contact Centers of 21 countries, which will be coordinated with the global brand of the employer;

  • Ensuring an efficient and agile selection process through a combination of non-traditional recruitment tools;

  • Establishing and implementation of a reporting platform that will enable heads of Contact Centers to monitor and evaluate HR procedures throughout the process (publishing the advertisements, interviews, planning of the implementation process, employee turnover management, cost efficiency, etc.);

  • Monitoring trends, identifying, and implementing best practices in the field of recruitment, motivation and development of employees, in order to hire the most suitable employees, ensuring employee stability and maximize employee engagement.

Our requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR field or related fields in a medium or large organization (experience with work in Contact Centers is an advantage);

  • Demonstrable experience in the introduction of modern methods of finding and selecting candidates and motivating, rewarding and developing sales employees;

  • Knowledge of using social media and other platforms - rich experience with successful use of the latest employment methodologies;

  • Experience with onboarding of new employees, which pursues effective integration into the work environment with an understanding of the culture and values of the company;

  • Experience in using HR reporting tools in a medium or large organization;

  • Very good communication and negotiation skills;

  • Strategic and innovative thinking;

  • Very good knowledge of English.
