Your new role
HR Project Manager who will lead complex, strategic, systems related projects within Transformation programme and creation of HR Business Services for Ricoh EMEA. The incumbent forms part of the overall RBS HR pool of resources.
More importantly you will be responsible for the following:
• End to End leadership for complex strategic systems related projects defined in Transformation strategic objectives
• Design, built and implement system solutions to maximise operational efficiency of RBS HR Services
• Deliver feasibility studies and business cases that will justify execution of projects
• Develop and implement a project plan using the RBS Project Management Methodology
• Handle project requirements, scope, and change management issues
• Execution of plan and tracking of progress against it
• Arrange and host sign-off, kick-off, and project-status meetings, document outcome of those
• Manage risks, issues and escalations that arise from the project work
• Communication of project status to senior stakeholders and sponsors
• Execute the project change management process
• Keep project documentation up to date
• Closeout projects and keep track of lessons learnt
• Use, promote and actively improve Project Management Framework

What you'll need to succeed 
• Highly motivated with solid background in a project management role managing projects shared services environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills on executive level as well as interpersonal skills, leadership skills, analytical skills, and business judgment
• Advanced knowdlege of English
• Ability to work effectively across diverse teams as well as a broad spectrum of internal partners
• Good balance of business and technical background and experience
• Change Management Skills
