Purpose:

HR Project Manager will play an integral role in planning, overseeing and executing various HR projects and initiatives in the area of onboarding, communication, HR delivery tools, compliance as well as data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate HR projects and logistics
  • Help support web-portal and coordinate its content
  • Partner with the relevant resources to deliver company analytics and Workday support
  • Create our global communication rhythm
  • Learning Management System (LMS) administration
  • Coordination and administration of content development & management
  • Coordination and administration of training delivery

Qualifications:

  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or Human Resources
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project management within a matrix and international environment
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Excellent written communication skills (experience in writing articles, posts, announcements etc. in English)
  • Ability to function well independently and demonstrate ownership on assigned tasks
  • Extensive experience in data management, analysis and presentation
  • Strong team orientation and communication skills across all levels of organization
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technical skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and at least 2+ years’ experience with Learning Management Systems. SuccessFactors preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of AICC / SCORM standards
