Your responsibilities

We are seeking a HR Recruitment Intern for our Recruitment Team based in Gdynia, Poland.

The Global Shared Services, Global Center in Gdynia (GSS GC) provides high quality, cost effective services within Human Resources, Finance, IT and Real Estate Management & Procurement. The delivery requirements are based on Global Service Level Agreements between the Business Areas, Group Centre and GSS.

GSS GC is about bringing a team of professionals together; providing global standard services and competence based advisory services. We are driven by our peoples’ competence and motivation to support the Business Areas and Group Centre. As a GSS GC member you will act in a professional, international, multi-cultural and service oriented environment. You will have opportunities to enhance your personal competencies and expertise and build network with colleagues around the world.

As an Administrative Support Intern, You will:

• acquire first work experience in international environment

• learn about international services provided to DNV GL partners across Europe

• work together with our experienced colleagues on real – life projects

• gain a practical knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS (Application Tracking System)

Your daily activities will include:

• providing administrative support

• assisting Recruiters in communication with candidates and supporting the managers in HR related topics

• collaboration with Recruiters and the managers

• updating Recruitment database

• providing support in communication with external vendors
