As HR & Recruitment Specialist you will: 

  • Implement recruitment strategies by attracting, searching and hiring talent for Cognifide teams in Poland, UK and USA 
  • Increase candidates’ interest through networking, direct search (LinkedIn) and employer branding initiatives paying high attention to the candidate experience 
  • Assist Hiring Managers in building the understanding, setting the right requirements, designing well-tailored recruitment approach and delivering the best talent for their teams 
  • Support global and local development initiatives e.g. leadership training and knowledge sharing sessions 
  • Initiate and coordinate HR related projects working with diverse, multidisciplinary teams 
  • Support the gathering and analysis of HR data and deliver reports and presentations based on your findings 
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Cognifide’s business and processes 


This is a perfect opportunity if you: 

  • Have at least 3 years of technical recruiting experience (preferably on international markets) 
  • Consider joining a dynamic IT business as an exciting and challenging adventure  
  • Are proficient in English on C2 level 
  • Have strong recruiting and research acumen and are open to assist with wider HR context (L&D, Induction, HR Analytics) 
  • Appreciate balance between using online platforms and building strong business relationships 
  • Are a positive, people person and a team player with drive to innovate and improve processes  
  • Seek varied, ambitious tasks and space for your own creativity
