Your responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience in sector of Mechanical and Electrical field technicians and engineering with a clear desire to build a career in recruitment and human resources.

  • You will be self-motivated, driven, with excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and an outgoing personality. You will be confident speaking with people at all levels in a company, especially Director and Managers levels and have a track record of persuading people in construction, engineering and service environment.

  • The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with Management who will be responsible for building talent pipelines and candidate shortlists for our various projects across Europe. Working with customers across Europe, you will form an excellent understanding of our customers and then represent them on the market to attract talent for current and future vacancies. Typical positions will be for Mechanical and Electrical field technicians, engineering, and site management and leadership positions.

  • Actively networking and headhunting to find candidates (engineers, electricians, technicians, mechanics, welders etc.).

  • Extensive searching for candidates on internal and external databases to match various skill, project or location requirements.

  • Selling our company, projects, career opportunities and brand to prospective candidates.

  • Actively persuading candidates to apply for positions or join the company.

  • Conducting screening, company and customer specific interviews and arranging assessments.

  • Writing candidate profiles, job descriptions, company profiles and interview reports.

  • Providing excellent customer service to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

  • Generating leads and following up on opportunities in the market.

  • Actively using social media to develop company marketing activities and build online networks.

Our requirements

  • Minimum of 18 months of recruitment experience in a specialist field with a HR, Engineering, Science related degree.

  • Able to demonstrate clear previous achievements in recruitment, for industry business.

  • Knowledge of Ukrainian, Russian languages is a big plus.

  • Experience with obtaining work permits for a foreign workers is a big plus.

  • Quick learner with proven ability to research and understand new topics.

  • Excellent English language skills with dynamic communication skills and outgoing personality

  • Clear drive, commitment and self-motivation to achieve success and perform under pressure.

  • Have a mature outlook on business and personal engagements.

  • Willingness to go the extra mile to meet company expectations.

  • Interest in developing a career in recruitment, interviewing or candidate headhunting.

  • Background in recruitment of: engineers, electricians, welders, mechanics, technicians is a big plus.
