Support HR Service delivery teams in growing technical competencies, implementing Power Apps and exploring citizen development opportunities
Analyze and propose practical automation possibilities, identify and implement improvements, support implementation and troubleshooting
Act as technical support for HR SMEs regarding existing RPA solution
Organize training and knowledge sharing sessions
Support with providing regular reports to various stakeholders including data gathering, preparation, validation, distribution (if needed interpretation)
Cooperate with stakeholders from UPM’s locations globally and inside HRSC
You have a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or equivalent in a relevant field of study
You are focused on improvements and automation possibilities in practice
You communicate fluently in English (both written and verbal)
You ideally have previous reporting or process automation experience
You are very good and comfortable with MS Excel (pivot tables, analytical functions, data visualization, advanced formulas)
You have willingness to explore technical possibilities in the area of citizen developments Power Apps and share the knowledge with others
You are a strong team player and enthusiastic to train others
You are passionate about figures, data visualization, systems, automations
You are willing to learn new tools fast and you are committed to develop technical knowledge to be able to efficiently support HR teams
