We are currently looking for hardworking individuals to support our Team in delivering outstanding HR services to various countries. In your role, you will be performing a variety of tasks, such as:

  • Ensuring execution and delivery of assigned HR services related to the entire employee’s life cycle (Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Transfers, Offboarding, Reference Letters, etc.)
  • Taking care of HR transactions in accordance with relevant company procedures and regulations in a timely and professional manner
  • Problem solving and advising internal and external partners on HR-related matters
  • Identifying and implementing potential process improvements
  • A department which values Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and is committed to realizing the firm’s D&I ambition which is an integral part of our global Conduct and Ethics Standards.

Open to discussing flexible/agile working.

Qualifications:

  • Very good language skills in English and in one of the following: German or French
  • Strong client and service orientation as well as commitment to developing creative solutions
  • Pronounced organizational talent and excellent time management
  • Very good interpersonal skills and team-focused attitude
  • Passionate about learning new things
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Bachelor/master degree
  • Experience in HR area/customer service would be an asset
