Your responsibilities
Managing HR Administration Team delivering services for Germany
Coach, guide and lead a team of specialists ensuring the right capability growth of the team
Supervision of day to day operation ensuring high quality of services
Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are achieved
Coordination of performance reviews with the customer to evaluate the service performance, discuss issues and escalations
Drive Operational Excellence within own team and support Continuous Improvement initiatives within own area of responsibility
Our requirements
At least 3 years of professional experience in managing teams in HR Services
German language – C1 level, English level – B2 level
Experience with HR systems (e.g. Success Factors)
Excellent communication and organization skills
Customer orientation
Problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations
Proficiency level in MS Office
