Your responsibilities

  • Leads the delivery of HR shared services through the global HR Employee Solutions Center, leading a team of 6 Employee Solution Center representatives based in 3 regions.

  • Manages the day-to-day operation of the HR Employee Solutions Centers and continually supports and drives HR operational efficiencies, excellence and standardization of processes across HR.

  • Supports the implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery roadmap.

  • Helps develop, monitor and maintain clear service level standards of success metrics to measure employee satisfaction, quality of response, expected outcomes etc.

  • Supports and operationalizes, partnering with IT, the introduction and testing of new functionality, enhancements, features and required system configuration changes.

  • Works with key stakeholders to create appropriate communications and change management plans.

  • Leads process improvement initiatives including mapping current state processes and re-engineering for ideal future state delivery.

  • Identifies opportunities for automation, reduction of manual process, and simplification of HR processes that help drive accuracy and productivity.

Our requirements

  • University Degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration or a related discipline.

  • Generally around 8 years of professional level Human Resources experience.

  • Prior Leadership experience managing HR professionals in a Solutions/Service Center environment, preferably across borders and cultures.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with ServiceNow HRSD required.

  • Strong knowledge of HR Shared Service’s methods, procedures and best practices.

  • Experience successfully running an HR Solutions/Service Center and working extensively with ServiceNow HR modules.

  • Innovative problem solver; able to be resilient under pressure.

  • Exceptional Customer Service skills and mindset. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships.

  • A strategic thinker who can simultaneously focus on tactical and operational issues.

  • Ability to build, innovate, collaborate, consult and implement.
