Your responsibilities
Be part of our transformation journey and actively participate in the transition of knowledge and processes into our HR Poznan Hub
As expert for HR related topics you will provide advisory across the whole employee lifecycle and guide our employees regarding topics such as HR procedures, benefits, leave of absence or self-service usage
Be the first point of contact for queries coming from employees via cases (ServiceNow), live chat, email or phone and provide end-to-end navigation support
Identify customer needs, clarify every issue, give timely updates and provide final solutions
Work closely with internal colleagues to ensure high accuracy of resolutions and customer satisfaction
Handle complex enquiries via phone in the native language of the customer
Evaluate questions received, answer the majority and dispatch cases that require deep subject matter expertise to the responsible teams
Utilise Workday for HR processes, transactions, benefits, pay, and other areas
Contribute to improving and streamlining our processes
Our requirements
Fluent spoken and written command of Spanish and English language skills. Additional European languages are a great asset but not a must
Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years HR Operations and/or Shared Services experience in a multi-national organisation; experience in any other Customer Support related environment also desirable
Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or other HR systems are desirable but extensive trainings will be provided
Higher educational degree or equivalent experience
Customer service-based mindset and focus on getting things done
Experience with process transitions will be a great asset
High level of personal resilience; ability to work independently and in a team
Ability to handle multiple activities in parallel (multitasking) in a fast-paced environment
Capability to structure your daily work
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of information
