Your responsibilities

  • Manages and coordinates the company's shared human resources function to meet company's business requirements. This is the top human resources position for a specific location but is governed by policies and frameworks established by the corporation.

Our requirements

  • Manage, monitor, and review the work of a team to make sure processes and procedures are properly implemented and ensure the team is achieving defined objectives and standards

  • Manage and report on team performance; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports or project / account team members and hold them accountable for achieving these, taking appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of team / personal objectives.

  • Deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.

  • Through the work of a team utilize Human Resources frameworks and tools for recruitment, performance management, development, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, diversity, employee on- and offboarding, and retention of talent, within an area of expertise to meet business or institution's needs, enabling attracting, developing, and retaining talent at a sustainable cost. Ensuring compliance with specified design principles, internal policies, and external legal requirements.

  • Use the organization's formal development framework to identify the team's individual development needs. Plan and implement actions to build their capabilities. Provide training or coaching to others throughout the organization in own area of expertise to enable others to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.

  • Manage workstreams or small projects within a transformational change program, ensuring integration with related projects; use structured change management methodologies to build acceptance of change and embed desired culture and behaviors.
