Your responsibilities

  • Deliver administrative support for the entire employee life cycle (onboarding, contracts preparation, certificates, reference letters, employment verifications, background checks, personal data and personnel files management etc.) for Europe region

  • Schedule interviews and post jobs for Europe region

  • Provide superior customer service to employees and leaders

  • Assist employees in a timely manner regarding local regulations, processes, HR policy and procedural questions and Workday manager and employee self-service process inquiries

  • Liaise effectively and collaboratively with Global Client Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Global Total Rewards, Talent Management, Payroll and other support teams to resolve employee queries

  • Maintain appropriate level of process, program, and policy knowledge in order to assist employees

Our requirements

  • 1-3 years of work experience in Human Resources, Administration, Operations or Client Service

  • Very good English

  • Solid problem solving skills with a passion for technology, process improvement, and continuous learning

  • Strong MS Office skills

  • Outstanding listening skills with ability to navigate and consult with employees

  • Exceptional customer service orientation

  • Comfortable with a high-paced environment with competing priorities

  • Analytical skills

  • Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills

  • Work effectively in a team environment

What is the HR Shared Services team responsible for?

HR Shared Services maximizes HR global efficiencies, creates capacity for the HR division, increases global consistency in process, and improves the customer experience across the enterprise. As the first point-of-contact for servicing the tier one needs of our clients, HR Shared Services provides a broad range of support for our technology solutions, as well as operational and business administration support.
