Your responsibilities

  • Support the life cycle of an employee through routine and complex Workday transactional processing and case management systems, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness

  • Support our employees and managers with their Moments That Matter through unrivalled customer service

  • Work with various stakeholders within the business and centres of excellence to ensure SLAs are met

  • Understand and deliver services in line with company`s values and standards

  • Use Dashboard and available data analytics to ensure personal and team performance meets all agreed service standards

  • Assist the Customer Support Consultants to address complex requests/enquiries, troubleshooting where required whilst ensuring the highest level of customer experience

  • Become as subject matter expert, identifying continuous improvements and take ownership of HR transactions and ensure Service Operating Procedures are fit for purpose and governed according to accepted Global standards

  • Ensure efficient case delivery and act as the central contact for the employee or manager, keeping them up to date with regular proactive updates and follow up for closure

  • Deliver against all compliance imperatives including support for local and global Data Audits, local legislative needs, protecting Data Privacy at all time and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies

Our requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years HR Operations or Shared Services experience, ideally from a large multi-national organisation

  • Experience working in a support role or non-HR Shared Services environment also desirable

  • University Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Able to multitask while maintaining customer communication

  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of information

  • Able to work either independently or as part of a team

  • Language skills - excellent command of English required across speaking, listening, reading, writing

  • Excellent continuous improvement mindset with data gathering, analytical skills and critical attention to detail

  • Experience of Workday or other HRIS systems, online tools, and an understanding of the downstream impact of transactions

  • Excellent and proven interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)

  • Proven stakeholder management capabilities with excellent customer service focus

  • Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines

  • High level of expertise in standard MS Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Global Regulatory Centre in GlaxoSmithKline are regulatory affairs functions which bring together the operation and execution aspects for key regulatory deliverables such as new chemical entity and product expansion dossiers, labelling outputs, licence maintenance and lifecycle management dossiers and regulatory information management. Global Regulatory Centre provide regulatory support across the product lifecycle for pharmaceutical and vaccines products (clinical development to market maturity).

The Global Regulatory Centre is creating new roles in the Product Variations team. The purpose for the role will be leading and participating in global CMC Variation projects as well as in the Pharma Supply Chain (PSC) centrally driven change programs (for Pharma and Vaccines Products). The Product Variation team is responsible for timely and efficient maintenance of post approval CMC changes, preparation of technical documentation for regulatory changes globally, providing responses to Regulatory Agency questions and expertise in the regulatory requirements for global source changes/CMC variations on Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), Intermediates and Drug Product.
