Your responsibilities

  • The purpose of this role is to act as a first interface between the employee and organization to address employee concerns and grievances with regards to HR policies and processes for employees.

  • Will be responsible for providing services and support in multiple functional areas of Human Resources. Assisting and supporting the Human Resources team in the Human Resources function including talent acquisition and management, policy and program management, new employee onboarding, training, and compliance.

  • Assisting the HRBP/Policy Team in the development and revision of personnel policies and procedures and communicate as necessary.

  • Assisting HRBP/LOB HR with coordinating the annual performance review process.

  • Assisting in implementation of a company well-being plan/program.

  • Working with HRBP/LOB HR and Business on retention strategies (recognition and reward programs, etc.).

  • Responding to employee questions about policy and system.

  • Preparing and maintaining reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the Human Resources department.

  • Providing high level analysis (attrition, rotation).

  • Maintaining HR Channels and communicating weekly HR news updates.

  • Creating employment contract/annexures and other required paperwork for offer process where applicable.

  • Create & maintain termination paperwork.

  • Assisting LOB HR in creating and implementing a career development. program (including mentoring, training, working with managers to define career paths within and outside of departments).

  • Assisting Recruiting team in development of formal company internship program basis business requirement.

  • Manage & maintain company compliance with HR Director including tracking and reporting.

  • Maintain company safety program. Work with GWS team on OHS aspects.

  • Assist in maintaining immigration files; assist with immigration process as necessary.

  • Manage onboarding process for new hires - lead new hire orientation process and conduct HR and Benefits orientation.

  • Ensure all topics are covered including new hire paperwork, policies, procedures, tours, etc.

  • Work with Reporting Managers to set-up departmental training plans for new hires.

  • Work with Business to create and deliver HR topic and compliance training for all employees/Managers.

  • Responsible for answering employee and manager questions; addressing questions.

  • Assisting in internal HR process follow up wherever applicable (EMS, Leave records updated timely, periodical medical checkup, H&S certification etc.).

  • Using best practice strategies, work to improve policies, processes, and procedures.

  • Manage company communication channels / Policy Hub with regard to HR/benefits.

  • Special projects as assigned.

  • Carrying out other HR related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the department.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.

  • English and Polish fluent.

  • 2+ years HR Generalist experience.

  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

  • Knowledge of current employment law.

  • Desire to work in SS/BPO/ITO organization.
