Your responsibilities
Employee administration in compliance with Polish labour law
Collecting, processing and proper storage of information and documents provided by employees
Updating employee’s personal data in HR systems
Gathering input required for payroll process
Coordinating recruitment and hiring process
Onboarding of new hires
Being first point of contact for employees’ queries regarding HR matters
Participating in HR projects
Preparing HR reports and analyses
Our requirements
2 + years of experience in HR area
Familiarity with Polish labour law, regulations, and taxes
Bachelor/master’s degree
Good knowledge of MS Office (good Excel is a must)
English min B2 level
Hardworking, results-oriented individual and passion about learning new things
Attention to details and analytical approach with an ability to prioritize
You can work independently but you are a team player, constructive, flexible, and responsible
Knowledge Optima and Workday would be an asset
