HR Specialist (HR Administration)

Your responsibilities

  • Executing the administrative activities related to employee life cycle changes (i.e. creating employment/B2B/civil contracts, administering new hires, terminations, organizational changes and data management, personnel files).

  • Coordinating the employment process for foreigners and connecting employees in required cases with immigration support.

  • Updating HR system and maintain accurate records throughout employee lifecycle (completing forms, reports, logs, and records).

  • Implementing and updating internal policies and procedures according to Polish labor law.

  • Run reports from the HR Systems database.

  • Cooperation with HR Business Partners and Recruiters.

  • Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by HR Business Partners.

  • Supporting Company Pension (PPK).

Our requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree (preferably in HR).

  • Up-to-date knowledge of Polish labor law.

  • Experience working in the HR administration field.

  • Knowledge of the employment process for foreigners (Ukraine, Belarus).

  • Experience with HR systems (good knowledge of the Merit System - nice to have).

  • Good knowledge of MS Office package.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to persevere and deliver results under challenging circumstances.

  • High level of organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully collaborate with colleagues.

  • Fluent English (Russian - nice to have).
