Your responsibilities


o Responsible for executing sourcing strategies to attract top talent and develop a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings

o Research and implement new ways of sourcing / attracting candidates through different channels

o Provide high touch customer service to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate/hiring manager experience

o Prepare job postings

o Pre-screening candidates

o Scheduling interviews

o Conducting interviews for the assigned positions

o Applicant tracking system (Taleo) data entry

o Other required candidate workflow process tasks

o Act as the communication liaison between applicant and hiring manager regarding status issues / updates as required

o Prepare metrics and reports as required

o Participate in employer branding projects, recruiting activities included


o Administrating the pre-hire process (documentation flow) and communication with candidates in the pre-employment phase

o Scheduling onboarding sessions: preparing the agenda, sending calendar invites, leading onboarding sessions when applicable

General administrative support

o Health and safety: administering the medical check-up process; organizing H&S training for employees

o Administering employee time and absence

o Draft internal communication when applicable

o Assist in HR annual cycles

o Supporting training administration

o Preparing reports and analysis

o Participating in ad hoc projects

o Support local HR team in different activities as required

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Human Resources is preferred.

  • 2+ years of professional experience in HR department

  • 1+ year of proven professional experience in international company in the recruitment area

  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting

  • Knowledge of HR regulations and laws

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Well organized, able to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

  • Strong ethos and personal integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information

  • Professional proficiency in English (min. C1 level)

  • IT literacy, especially Excel and Power Point

  • Experience with HR tools (Taleo, Workday) would be an additional asset
