Your responsibilities
Recruitment:
• Responsible for executing sourcing strategies to attract top talent and develop a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings
• Research and implement new ways of sourcing / attracting candidates through different channels
• Provide high touch customer service to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate/hiring manager experience
• Prepare job postings,
• Pre-screening candidates,
• Scheduling interviews,
• Applicant tracking system (Taleo) data entry,
• Other required candidate workflow process tasks,
• Act as the communication liaison between applicant and hiring manager regarding status issues / updates as required
• Prepare metrics and reports as required
• Participate in employer branding projects, recruiting activities included
Onboarding:
• Administrating the pre-hire process (documentation flow) and communication with candidates in the pre-employment phase
• Scheduling onboarding sessions: preparing the agenda, sending calendar invites, leading onboarding sessions when applicable
General administrative support:
• Health and safety: administering the medical check-up process; organizing H&S training for employees
• Administering employee time and absence
• Draft internal communication when applicable
• Assist in HR annual cycles
• Supporting training administration
• Preparing reports and analysis
• Participating in ad hoc projects
• Support local HR team in different activities as required
Our requirements
A proactive, energetic team player with experience in HR area, strong communication and organizational skills and ability to cooperate with different stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Human Resources is preferred.
2+ years of professional experience in HR department
1+ year of proven professional experience in international company in the recruitment area
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
Knowledge of HR regulations and laws
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well organized, able to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Strong ethos and personal integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information
Professional proficiency in English (min. C1 level)
IT literacy, especially Excel and Power Point
Experience with HR tools (Taleo, Workday) would be an additional asset

Purpose
The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes as well as establishing AbbVie as an employer of choice. The role will also serve as the administrative support to the internal HR team in the areas of personal administration, communication and talent management.
