Create and maintain job descriptions
Maintain our applicant tracking system
Make initial contact with potential candidates
Schedule candidate interviews and assessments
Take ownership of background check process for candidates
Take ownership of employee benefits and morale initiatives
Handle any reported violations of company policies or harassment
Work with management on employee evaluations, career progressions and performance improvement issues
Experience working with employment regulations in Europe and the United States
Experience handling all phases of employ recruiting, ideally for technology-related positions (Information Security preferred)
Experience managing personnel performance issues
Experience handling issues related to harassment and knowledge of applicable laws
Creative mindset to adjust solutions to those that make sense for a small company with a distributed workforce
Business-level proficiency in both written and spoken English
