Your responsibilities

  • Create and maintain job descriptions

  • Maintain our applicant tracking system

  • Make initial contact with potential candidates

  • Schedule candidate interviews and assessments

  • Take ownership of background check process for candidates

  • Take ownership of employee benefits and morale initiatives

  • Handle any reported violations of company policies or harassment

  • Work with management on employee evaluations, career progressions and performance improvement issues

Our requirements

  • Experience working with employment regulations in Europe and the United States

  • Experience handling all phases of employ recruiting, ideally for technology-related positions (Information Security preferred)

  • Experience managing personnel performance issues

  • Experience handling issues related to harassment and knowledge of applicable laws

  • Creative mindset to adjust solutions to those that make sense for a small company with a distributed workforce

  • Business-level proficiency in both written and spoken English
