Managing onboarding and off boarding process.
Conducting internal training for employees.
Managing employees’ data in Successfactors (local HRIS system).
Supporting processes and being a backup for second HR Specialist in Payroll and HR Administration related matters (personnel documents, time schedules, holidays and sick leaves, benefits, tickets).
Coordinating trainings: organizing, contacting with suppliers, satisfaction surveys.
ICS - Internal Controls for HR.
Preparation of periodical reports and analyses: KPI measurement / GUS, etc.
Responsible for internal communication - managing local HR site.
Supporting recruitment processes (with regards to foreigners): contact with external company, preparing documents, and contacting purchasing team if needed.
HR project leading and design for the local needs.
Higher education in HR (HRM, Psychology or Labor Law)
At least 2 years of experience in similar position in HR Departments.
Practical knowledge of Labor Law.
Very good command of English.
Practical knowledge of MS Office / G-suite.
Knowledge of SAP (PR, PO, VIM) and Successfactors would be an asset.
Experience in conducting trainings for employees would be an asset.

About the role:
HR Specialist is responsible for the HR administration, the flow of internal and external documentation, as well as being a point of contact in HR and payroll matters for SSC employees. The person takes an active part in the implementation of the company's HR strategy and HR projects resulting from local and global policies. Our HR team consists of 5 people and this role reports directly to HRBP. The person is a back-up for second HR Specialist and point of contact for employees in HR related matters
