Your responsibilities

  • Reporting to Solution Center Team Manager in Solution Center Analytics & Employee Engagement Team, the aim of the role is to provide first stage reporting and system support and advice to managers and employees on data related topics.

  • Proactively respond to inquiries.

  • Provide HR data reporting assistance for EMEA and NA region according to defined KPIs.

  • Validate Payroll Data with regards to absences, leaves, overtimes etc.

  • Collaborate with other HR and COE teams.

  • Prepare statutory reports and data for external and internal stakeholders.

  • Correctly addresses escalations by partnering with peers, next level peers, team leaders and team managers.

  • Ensure compliance (ex. SOX, internal and external audits) and best practices are followed to standard.

  • Working on process excellence within own area of responsibility and recommending process improvements, supporting implementation of the improvements.

Our requirements

  • Analytical capability to prepare, analyze and interpret data as well as ability to work with systems and high volumes of data.

  • Process improvement mindset, interest in data analytics and systems.

  • Well-organized with eye to the details, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate in international, matrix organization and consumer-oriented attitude.

  • Cultural agility to work with diverse teams and employee groups.

  • Fluent Polish and English is a must.

  • Excel skills.


  • Previous experience with HR Reporting and/or HR Data Administration, preferably in dynamic environment, i.e. SSC / BPO.

  • Advanced Excel skills (macros, data analytics).

  • Preferred experience in working in HR systems such as SAP HCM and strong working knowledge of MS Office.

  • Previous experience with process automations would be a great addition.
