Your responsibilities

  • Employee recruitment, on- and off-boarding

  • Employee engagement & retention initiatives for the Katowice and Poznan office

  • Maintaining employee information on HR systems and personnel files

  • Providing periodical or ad hoc HR reports/statistics

  • Administrative support to the team in Poland

  • Acting as Opensky’s representative in relations with key public and private partners in Poland

  • Coordination of services provided by external suppliers and of current office matters

  • Coordination of finance/budget planning and reporting, and management of operating expenses within the established budget

  • Support to the accountancy in the scope of monthly billing and payroll

  • Coordination of business trips for the employees

  • Organization of internal and external events like labor fairs, Christmas parties, team building activities, etc.

Our requirements

  • Willingness to work part time – 25 hours a week

  • 2 years of experience in HR and recruitment

  • Good knowledge of HR processes and Polish labor law

  • Advanced English – both spoken and written

  • Practical knowledge of MS Office

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and switch between multiple tasks

  • Friendly and pro-active approach, adaptability and a ‘can do’ attitude

  • Readiness to travel occasionally between the offices in Katowice and Poznan

Optional

  • A degree in Human Resources Management

  • Previous experience in an IT company

  • Experience in office management/administration

  • Basic knowledge in accounting

We operate in Poland since 2009, working from two offices, in Katowice and Poznan, and our headquarter is located in Naas, Ireland.

We are now searching for an experienced HR Specialist / Office Manager to join our team in Katowice on a part-time basis – 25 hours per week over 5 days. The successful candidate will manage our two offices in Poland (Katowice and Poznan) and will be responsible for all HR-related processes in the Polish branch.
