Working as a functional expert, providing professional expertise within a functional area of HR
Solving queries from Employees and Line Managers related to the global and regional HR processes and information services in the scope
Providing administrative and transactional project support: Data analyses, monitoring, and ensuring data quality
Creating documentation and knowledge management, organizing delivery of training and development for HR community or for managers
Supporting line managers on sensitive and difficult work-related problems in the areas of employment, labor relations, compensation, training, performance management and other areas of People process’
Providing support in conducting research on assigned HR projects
At least 2 years HR experience
Knowledge of Polish labor law and practical experience in this area
Fluent written and oral English
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Team player and open-minded approach
Strong customer focus
Previous experience in HR in the IT or Telecommunications industry
