Your responsibilities

  • Working as a functional expert, providing professional expertise within a functional area of HR

  • Solving queries from Employees and Line Managers related to the global and regional HR processes and information services in the scope

  • Providing administrative and transactional project support: Data analyses, monitoring, and ensuring data quality

  • Creating documentation and knowledge management, organizing delivery of training and development for HR community or for managers

  • Supporting line managers on sensitive and difficult work-related problems in the areas of employment, labor relations, compensation, training, performance management and other areas of People process’

  • Providing support in conducting research on assigned HR projects

Our requirements

  • At least 2 years HR experience

  • Knowledge of Polish labor law and practical experience in this area

  • Fluent written and oral English

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Team player and open-minded approach

  • Strong customer focus

Optional

  • Previous experience in HR in the IT or Telecommunications industry

Care team members are open, fearless, and empowered to create a positive User Experience. All employee/LM requests are managed in the ticket tool and assigned to a Care team member with the required expertise.
