Twój zakres obowiązków
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel files, records, and other documentation in accordance with policies
Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of human resources files and records
Creating and distributing guidelines, FAQ documents about company policies and new hire guides
Liaising with external partners, like insurance and medical vendors
Creating regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
Providing HR coordination and administrative support for clients’ (employees & managers) needs
Handling the complex problem raised by client and providing solution to problem
Training & onboarding new employees, which includes policies, procedures, corporate culture, benefits, office perks, and much more
Drafting, editing, and finalizing job descriptions
Assisting payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Completing ad-hoc HR projects, reports, and initiatives
Nasze wymagania
3+ years of experience in human resources area
Proficiency in English (both: written and spoken)
Thorough knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Strong understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures
Understanding of cultural differences
Strong customer / business focus
Excellent interpersonal skills, can be calming and reassuring to the client and convey credibility
Willing to work in a dynamic environment
Ability to work within a team, take direction, and support needs at all levels.
Strong typing and computer skills, including MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook

Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with global processes and the international environment by providing HR administrative support to employees and managers.
