Your responsibilities
- participating in the recruitment processes across the organization
- sourcing and attracting candidates, including direct and executive search, social media, headhunting, researching industries and companies (IT, marketing, sales, customer service, etc.) and conducting interviews
- actively participating in the onboarding and retention processes by effectively liaising with employees
- organizing and coordinating internal trainings and events
- creating employer brand awareness amongst potential candidates
- developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees at all levels
- supporting any other HR related tasks as and when required
Our requirements
- at least two years of experience in a similar role in an IT/e-commerce (or similar) company is a must
- at least C1-level of English is a must, German and/or Spanish is welcome
- hands-on experience in different HR activities - recruitment, internal communication, performance reviews, employee training etc.
- strong verbal and communication skills
- ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships with candidates and employees
- ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask
- experience in an international environment is welcome
