Your responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all employees and managers with regards to HR related queries

  • Manage selected employee lifecycle processes (e.g. sickness, employment changes)

  • Advise and assist in the application of all HR related legislative requirements

  • Support other HR projects and activities with the scope of organization’s structure, people capabilities, systems, process and culture

  • Cooperate with HR Shared Services team

Our requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a similar position

  • University degree (e.g. HR, Psychology)

  • Very good labor law knowledge

  • Fluency in English

  • Client-focus and proactive approach

  • Personal credibility, discretion and business maturity

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Knowledge of foreigner employment regulations

  • Working knowledge of Workday

  • Interest in trends and updates in the HR industry
