Your responsibilities
Human Resources Specialist will support Human Resources Director CEE and the local team in all human resources aspects
Support ongoing recruitment processes; coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screening interviews, taking part in assessment/development centers, performing reference checks, preparing job offers and letters of intent, sending thank you letters to candidates
Preparing and updating employment records and documentation related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers or promotions, using human resources management system software in a timely manner
Monitoring occupational medicine check-ups and organizing health & safety trainings
Monitoring staff absences
Ensuring that data in software for time management are correct and up to date
Ensuring new hire documentation is completed and processed
Maintaining and updating human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee e-mail addresses, job titles or performance evaluation forms
Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
Evangelizing GUESS values, ensuring a motivational climate in the organization
Our requirements
At least Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2 years of professional experience gained in HR Department in international environment
Good knowledge of labor law and HR practices
Ability to work under time pressure
Strong numerical and interpersonal skills
Business orientation with strong commercial focus
High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality
Fluency in English
